LBC was founded in April 2005 by Mr. Le Ngoc Thao in the legal form of Joint Stock Company.

LBC’s core business domain is Broadband Communication. LBC aims to be a leading provider of such services in Vietnam. It is our target and commitment to provide outstanding services and solutions and put customer care at the very core of our concerns.

LBC is currently operating a Cable TV network in three major and fast developing districts of Ho Chi Minh City: Go Vap, Binh Thanh and Thu Duc. Our HFC network uses the latest technology and is designed for gradual expansion according to market demands.
 
LBC will launch High-Speed Internet Services over its CATV network in Quarter 2/2007 with further added values services to follow course.

LBC cooperates with HTV as its strategic partner. HTV   provides local and international programs and operates the head-end equipment.

We have selected EVN as our Internet – Service partner. Equipment is supplied by Motorola, a leading manufacturer in that filed.

LBC’s Head office and Operations Center is located in 248A  No Trang Long, Binh Thanh District in Ho Chi Minh City.
